Flora is a BA film student studying in Beijing Film Academy and UCA. She is currently having courses of directing and film art, which means she is familiar with when and how concept art is used in film production. Also, she has multiple experiences of film-making as a director, thus she clearly has the knowledge about how the recruiment process works.
